Erez is the managing partner of McKinsey’s Toronto office and leads our digital and analytics work throughout Canada. He is also a leader in the public sector, financial services, and technology and telecommunication fields in North America with a focus on service operations and technology enablement to drive operational efficiency in enterprise environments.

Examples of Erez’s recent client experience includes the following:

  • defining and rolling out a new agile operating model for a leading global insurance company to bring the business and IT closer together and deliver faster speed to market for technology solutions with higher quality and lower cost
  • leading a technology transformation of a government institution to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of its operations through new tools and technologies
  • leading a large financial institution through a large-scale digital transformation to reinvent the most important customer journeys and fund the digital investment through a $300 million reduction in the technology cost base
