Enrico is based in McKinsey’s Abu Dhabi office and is a member of Digital McKinsey's global leadership group for enterprise architecture, technology-enabled operations, and ERP. Recently he has worked with clients on many business technology issues, including outsourcing, CRM, and global integration of IT systems.
Enrico’s recent engagements:
- for a leading global software provider, defining the China SMB strategy, including definition of customer behaviour, segmentation, product tailoring and channel management
- working with the Chinese government to define the country's IT offshoring and outsourcing outlook and strategy, resulting in a published white paper
- leading a multinational high-tech company in the global rollout of its SAP/CRM and other IT-solutions platform. Supported the client at several stages, including the delineation of the functional requirements, defining the required SAP solution and the planning and management of the deployments (managing external integrators and defining the future IT organization)
- managing the business processes and IT system's global integration of a leading logistics provider resulting from a megamerger; supporting the selection of the target platform, migration strategy and interim procedures, and assisting the PMO in managing the complete program across more than 30 countries
Prior to joining McKinsey, Enrico worked with several other consulting firms managing large change programs connected to new IT system implementations.
