About Dmitry

Dmitry joined McKinsey’s Moscow office in 2000. His key focus is on improving business operations in major industrial companies and he has managed a number of large-scale projects aimed at increasing sales profitability and optimizing logistics costs. Dmitry is a leading expert on pricing and sales channel management in the B2B sector in Russia and the CIS.

Examples of recent projects:

  • logistics diagnostics  for a global mining company; 
  • optimization of the structure of the sales division of an airline;  
  • development of a long-term fuel sales strategy for a Russian oil company; 
  • design of a product development strategy and functional skills enhancement for the marketing and sales staff of a Russian chemical company; 
  • design of a program to optimize logistical costs for a Russian chemical company.

Before joining McKinsey, Dmitry worked at RUSAL.
