About Dilip

Dilip brings more than 25 years’ experience at the epicenter of the digital revolution to his client projects. His focus at McKinsey’s Digital Labs is on digital marketing and building new digital businesses.

His recent work with clients includes helping build new attacker digital businesses, scaling digital customer acquisition, building agile marketing operations capability, rapid prototyping of forecasting tools, an online mobile-banking model, a digital-branding framework, and the operating model for a big data incubation venture.

Prior to joining McKinsey, he held senior executive roles at Google, PayPal, and Yahoo! and served on the Board of PayPal Europe. He led Google’s mobile ads business, and founded and grew technology-based startup companies in payments, mobile and social marketing, and customer relationship management (CRM). He holds more than a dozen patents on digital tools for improving financial services and marketing. Dilip is a sought-after speaker at conferences in digital marketing, payments and innovation.
