About David

David Jacquemont is a lean-management expert affiliated with McKinsey’s Operations Practice. He also works on coaching and qualifying change leaders within client organizations.

David supports the operational transformation of large industrial and service groups. His clients are engaged primarily in the banking, financial-services, transportation, professional-services, and retail sectors.

David specializes in lean-transformation programs and the implementation of continuous-improvement systems. His engagements focus on improving performance and service quality, task-time reduction, and process regularity and effectiveness. He coaches client management teams to support them in operational transformations.

Deeply experienced in transferring lean skills to clients, David helped to drive the creation in Lyon of INEXO, the firm's lean-manufacturing training center. A year later, this was followed by the establishment of INEXO Services, a training center for the application of lean to services.
