Daniel is a partner in our Munich office and coleads McKinsey’s digital growth efforts for the firm’s Telecommunication, Media & Technology Practice in Europe. He works with a wide range of consumer-facing clients to develop digital growth, innovation, and M&A strategies. He is deeply involved in turning new e-commerce innovations, such as social and live commerce, into profitable commercial capabilities.

Some of his recent client work includes the following:

  • helping numerous clients enhance digital marketing and sales capabilities to scale the impact of digital channels
  • developing digital growth strategies for multiple clients to support successful moves into adjacent sectors
  • guiding and shaping venture-style entry and exit preparations, including IPOs, as well as joint-venture partnerships
  • shaping multiple digital transformations to deliver on clients’ growth ambitions
