Since Colin joined McKinsey (more than a decade ago), he has been 100 percent dedicated to the strategy development and execution of transformation programmes. Colin is a leading thinker in the field of transformational change and he works across multiple industrial and public sectors. Colin works closely with transformation leaders as a personal counsellor, ensuring their change programmes are properly developed, aligned, communicated, signed off, resourced, executed and that the benefits are captured.
Due to the scale and the transformation programmes that Colin works on, and to ensure that benefits are sustained, he always oversees the development of a change resource within each of his clients. Across all of his programmes, Colin has built the capabilities of over 500 change leaders.
Within McKinsey, Colin leads approximately 100 Operations-dedicated experts and specialists that cover all operations disciplines. Colin's team is about 10 percent of McKinsey's global operations practice population. Whilst the team are based in the UK they generally work across the whole of Western Europe.
