Claudio Feser is a Senior Partner of McKinsey & Company in Zurich, Switzerland. He leads McKinsey Academy, a practice offering leadership development programs for firms and their executives. He is also a member of the Shareholders’ Council, McKinsey’s Board of Directors.
In 1999, Claudio founded McKinsey’s Athens office, which he ran for six years. On returning to Zurich in late 2004, he led our Swiss office, comprising branches in Zurich, Geneva, and Casablanca, for a six-year term.
Claudio serves clients mainly in the areas of healthcare and finance (insurance, banking).
He is the author of the books Serial Innovators: Firms that Change the World and When Execution is Not Enough, both published by John Wiley & Sons in 2011 and 2016 respectively. He is also the author of several articles in the areas of leadership and organization.
Claudio holds an M.A. in economics and business administration from the University of Berne in Switzerland, and an M.B.A. from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France. He is married and has two sons.
