Claudia is the leader of our Healthcare Systems & Services Practice in Asia, where she works closely with both payors and providers.
Much of her recent work has been in support of local Asian health ministries, including an inside-out analysis of one country’s healthcare system and options for reform. Another project assisted a local government with concept and design work for a proposed medical city. Working with Asian providers, she recently supported an effort to assess the feasibility of establishing a new high-end private hospital.
Claudia has also guided projects to establish stronger international healthcare partnerships, including helping to design a collaboration between a local Asian payor and an international health insurer. She has assessed the attractiveness of the Chinese market for entry by major health insurers and payors.
A PhD in business administration, Claudia brings expertise in strategy, marketing, and sales to help pharmaceutical, medical device, and consumer goods companies develop their capabilities, product strategies, and launch preparations. She publishes regularly on consumer and healthcare trends in China.
