Chris is a senior partner in our Hong Kong office. He is a coleader in Digital McKinsey Asia, with extensive experience in China and Asia built over 15 years in the region.
He has worked with clients to take advantage of technology to design new business models and capture new market opportunities, particularly in banking, insurance, retail, healthcare, and consumer industries. He has extensive experience working with chief technology officers to get the greatest value from technology and operations, including digital technologies, payments, and e-commerce and mobile commerce.
