Brian has been with McKinsey for more than 25 years. He has held several client-service and people-related roles in his time with the firm. Brian is one of McKinsey’s global diversity and inclusion leaders, serving as a cofounder of Equal at McKinsey—McKinsey’s network for LGBTQ+ affinity—in 1995. Prior to joining McKinsey, Brian was a lawyer and an aspiring human-rights academic. He is called to the Canadian legal bars of Ontario and Saskatchewan.
