About Brandy

Brandy understands the transformative potential of enterprise software and the role of technology. She works closely with client executives across industries to advise, architect, design, coach, and deliver digital solutions that are helping our clients be disrupters, leaders, and innovators. As part of this focus, Brandy also advises clients on overall IT business transformations.

As leader of our platform architecture and delivery center of excellence, Brandy has built a team of certified software architects, agile masters, developers, and software-delivery experts. Working together with our advisory consultants, her team starts with the business problem and drives the solution iteratively—anchoring on business-first methodology that harnesses the power of software, rather than viewing it as a constraint. The team focuses on highly rated solutions that are broadly used by our clients and supports the delivery of rapid impact of business objectives.

She and the platform team are creating solutions in partnership with our strategic-advisory consultants. Some examples include the following:

  • partnering with McKinsey service-operations experts to drive $200 million in year-one savings at a Fortune 500 consumer-packaged-goods client by creating a digital solution for zero-based budgeting
  • helping a North American bank boost new account applications by 40 percent through digitization of the customer experience for account opening and credit-card applications
  • working with a banking client to drive operational reengineering with an anticipated $100 million in year-one cost savings by combining lean principles with robotic process automation to automate repeatable, nonsubjective processes

Before joining McKinsey, Brandy spent 14 years at Oracle, where she oversaw sales operations, customer go-to-market strategy, and call-center services for North America.

She has been a speaker at industry-wide events, where she shares insights in operations, sales effectiveness, cognitive learning, and the full customer experience. She has spoken at Gartner events, sales-leadership forums, the CIO Forum, and the National Retail Federation, among others. She enjoys advancing the conversation on how technology innovation can ensure that business strategy sticks.
