In this context, he is active in many mergers in France and across Europe and supports both pre-closing and post-closing phases. His expertise includes the definition of the integration plan, identification and capture of value-creation levers and synergies, the design and implementation of the target organization, change management and communication topics.
Beyond mergers, Benjamin helps large industrial clients on their transformation journey. He advises his clients on strategic and organization matters.
