Arnaud Minvielle works primarily with private equity clients, with a focus on the consumer goods sector. He has conducted more than 20 due diligence projects in Europe, Asia, and the United States, on a large variety of formats, including food store chains and specialist stores. He has also directed several takeover projects, portfolio asset transformation plans, quick profitability turnarounds for private equity funds, and new retail-group management team projects.
Arnaud Minvielle also leads the firm’s work in retail merchandising in Europe. His clients include a number of large retail groups in Australia, Asia, Africa, and Europe, comprising supermarkets, hypermarkets, large stores, specialist stores, and discount stores. His expertise includes the management of product categories, assortment, and retailer brand management, as well as profitability improvement via purchasing and commercial negotiations.
