A leader in McKinsey’s Healthcare Practice, Anne helps providers, payers, investors, and state health agencies develop and implement clinical and payment models that improve quality, affordability, experience, and equity. Anne also co-leads our work in value-based care with a focus on women’s health.

Passionate about enhancing the U.S. healthcare system, Anne collaborates with clients to advance the well-being of populations that have traditionally experienced slower access to innovation, including women and Medicaid recipients. She co-leads CareCUBE, McKinsey’s value-based care analytics product.

Recent work includes:

  • collaborating on growth strategy with a leading PE-backed women’s health company including expanding initiatives, provider M&A, and productivity improvement
  • helping a PE-backed Medicare Advantage provider implement a primary care clinical redesign, including an analytic engine and tools
  • evaluating opportunity and supporting a strategy for a senior-care product for a leading health system
