About Andrew

Andrew has more than 24 years of experience in the computer, consumer-electronics, and medical-device industries. He is the director of engineering at LUNAR, the leading industrial design firm that joined McKinsey Design following its acquisition in early 2015.

He previously led LUNAR operations in Hong Kong, expanding on his extensive experience with manufacturing in Asia. Over his career, Andrew has helped launch major products for clients such as Alpine, Apple, and Jaunt. Notably, he managed LUNAR’s work with Hewlett-Packard on its successful Pavilion home PC and was responsible for all computer-aided design and engineering development.

As LUNAR’s low-and high-volume design-for-manufacturing expert, Andrew works to exceed client expectations daily by applying smart-design methodologies and project-management techniques. He is most passionate about translating beautiful design expressions into reality and thoughtfully working to improve product sustainability through manufacturing. Previously, Andrew worked at Gordon Prill, an architectural, mechanical, and electrical design firm.
