About Andrew

Andrew’s work focuses on supporting his clients in designing, scaling and delivering complex transformation programs, aimed at driving both top-line growth as well as operational efficiency. With over seven years of consulting experience, he brings a deep understanding of how to implement sustainable change, building on numerous engagements ranging from large-scale IT projects to frontline sales- force capability-building programs.

Since joining McKinsey Implementation, Andrew has increasingly focused on sales growth and enablement programs for his clients in the oil and gas and energy sectors. Examples of his work include:

  • running a top-down value diagnostic across multiple marketing and sales departments of a building -materials manufacturer to identify multi-million dollar EBITDA opportunities in both growth and efficiency measures
  • implementing a sales-transformation and capability-building program for an oil-and-gas company, including coaching frontline key-account managers to generate a 10% margin increase in the B2B customer base in 6 months
  • supporting the global supply chain team in developing an international manufacturing network footprint for production facilities across Japan, China, the US and Europe following a post-merger integration
