The primary focus of Alex’s client work is on diligence and portfolio-company efforts for private-equity owners. He also serves private-equity firms on strategy, organization, operations, and investment-diligence initiatives. He has deep expertise in the industrial, aerospace & defense, retail, consumer packaged goods, food service, and operations areas.
