About Adam

Adam has a leading role in our Business Technology Office and the North America Financial Services Practice. He has been with McKinsey for more than 20 years and serves a broad range of banking and securities institutions on topics including operations, technology, and productivity.

Adam’s recent experiences:

  • leading the roll-out and design of the cost-per-trade benchmarking survey across global capital-markets players
  • creating the new operations, middle-office, and technology platform for a global investment bank
  • developing the integration plans and business case for creating a single broker-dealer platform across two recently merged institutions
  • identifying shared-services opportunities across multiple business units for a global universal bank
