The goal of our recruiting process is to give you an idea of the intellectual challenge of consulting. You will meet experienced consultants and have a chance to exercise your problem-solving and interpersonal skills. It is important that we have a good picture of you and that you have a clear idea of what joining McKinsey means. The on-line application process should take you about 15 minutes and is best completed at one time. However, you can save your application as a draft. This draft will be saved for 30 days, and you will receive an email reminding you that your draft has not been submitted. Once your application has been submitted, it will be routed to one of our recruiting teams depending on your background.
