We look for evidence of problem solving ability, achievement, impact on others and the ability to build relationships as reflected in:

• Your undergraduate, graduate, and post-doctorate experience: the reputation of the institution attended and, where appropriate, grades.
• Standardised test scores, including: Psychometric, GMAT, GRE, SAT, and any equivalent tests you have taken.
• Awards, honors, fellowships, teaching positions, and other academic leadership roles.
• Refereed journal publications and other indications of achievement in your field.
• Work experience (if you have any)—the impact you have made and the growth in your responsibilities.
• Interests and achievements outside of academia.
