- Be prepared to answer questions about your background and talk about your personal aspirations and motivations.
- Be prepared to discuss business cases. These will give you the opportunity to find out more about the type of work we do, while allowing us to discover how you think about problems and arrive at solutions.
- Doing well in these cases does not require prior business knowledge, but demands creative thinking about complex problems in a structured way, reaching a sensible solution in a short space of time.
- Make sure you understand what your interviewer is asking. Do not be afraid to clarify throughout the process.
- Think your answers through before replying – consider how your answer will demonstrate your skills.
- Don’t think there is a set formula to follow. Concentrate on presenting your thoughts to the interviewer in a structured way.
- Practice solving business cases. Familiarising yourself with this type of interviewing will make you feel more at ease at the interviews themselves.
