Making sure that our new hires get off to a good start in a new environment is one of our main concerns. Our introduction concept begins before you begin, and accompanies you during your first year. Click the graphic elements and read the descriptions besides it.


Training
The continuous training of our employees is our first concern after client work. Learning on the job takes priority, of course, because that is part of the reality of working on diverse projects with diverse colleagues. However, all our consultants also spend a number of weeks every year attending a global training program, or a course in the Swiss office.

After your first experience in a project team, our Communication Skills Workshop will teach you how to communicate effectively; to give presentations, conduct interviews, and handle conflict situations.

Through research and international conferences, you will gain a deeper knowledge of your chosen industries and managed topics.
