Hires with either bachelor's or master's degrees join McKinsey Switzerland's Fellow Program
as either Fellow Analysts
or Fellows
. The recruiting process is the same for both.
No matter what your role is, you'll be working directly with clients and contributing as a full member of the team. You will also be given the opportunity to advance as soon as you are ready – we want our people to make rapid progress.

Fellow analysts hold a bachelor's degree and have less than two years full-time work experience. They spend approximately 3 years developing broader business skills before taking an educational leave to obtain an M.B.A., financially supported by McKinsey. Read more about the Fellow Program

Fellow analysts work on client projects and help solve a specific management problem. They perform analytical work, participate in meetings, and act as a full-team member. After 12 months, fellow analysts will be promoted to fellow, managing bigger pieces of the project. Alternatively, it is also possible to return to university to obtain a master's degree after the first year of the Fellow Program.
