Key Industry/Functional Practices - Media and Entertainment
Client Challenge
One of the largest global media and entertainment companies engaged us to support a multi-year transformation of one of its key divisions.

As part of this transformation, we are presently working with cross-functional client teams to improve marketing capabilities in call center, direct mail, retail, and online channels. The work includes developing new pricing strategies, sophisticated modeling capabilities, and product offer strategies that increase customer lifetime value, and retention programs and processes to reduce customer churn. The total impact of this transformation program will improve the division’s operating profit by over 20 percent.
