The Kuala Lumpur office formally opened in 1997. We have advised the Malaysian Government on public policy and economic development since the mid 1980s. For example, we helped conceptualize and launch the Malaysian Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) in the mid 1990s. And today we continue to advise the Government on critical strategies for growth and competitiveness, e.g., in high-technology, logistics, or education.
Apart from public policy work, we work closely with Malaysia's premier institutions – ranging from financial institutions and energy firms to conglomerates and high-tech/telecom companies – on a challenging mix of performance leadership, organizational and operational issues. We match deep local insights with our global resources to help top policymakers and key executives improve Malaysia's competitiveness.
