Corporate Finance Practice
The aim of the Corporate Finance Practice is to be the architect of long-term value for clients. We help initiate and shape value-creating transactions and develop and execute corporate strategies reflecting our unique knowledge and understanding of diverse industries and capital markets. With about 400 consultants globally and more than 200 in Europe, we provide a unique combination of strategic, financial, and transaction expertise to clients around the globe.

The Corporate Finance Practice looks for (junior) associates
Types of Corporate Finance projects
  • Capital markets–driven strategy (helping clients formulate integrated value-creation strategies that will be rewarded by the market)
  • Value-based planning and performance management (ensuring the right trade-offs between future growth and short-term profitability by linking financial management to strategy and operations)
  • Mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures (providing comprehensive assistance during the identification, assessment, and implementation of transaction opportunities to create shareholder value)
  • Alliances and joint ventures (identifying and implementing opportunities to use alliances to accelerate growth, fill capability gaps, reduce costs, or to pursue other objectives)
  • Integration planning (designing the overall post-merger integration process to make it drive and reinforce the vision and aspirations of the new enterprise)
  • Initial public offerings (IPOs) and spin-offs (helping clients decide on IPO by reviewing their strategic options and readiness for capital markets; comprehensively assisting clients in IPO preparation)
