There's no "right" background, school, or degree. Typically forty percent of our hires are recent graduates and join us as business analysts. People with advanced post-graduate degrees, M.B.A.s, and/or those with a minimum of 2 years' full time work experience join us as associates.
About 20 percent of our consultants arrive with advanced professional degrees in non-business disciplines or from such 'non-traditional' careers as the military, speech writing, insurance, teaching, law, operations, engineering, accounting, telecommunications, macroeconomics and marketing.
But the best way to convey the diversity of talents and backgrounds in the Montréal office is through our consultants' own profiles.
