McKinsey is always interested in hearing from talented people considering a career in consulting. As in any McKinsey office, in Montréal we make great efforts to attract the right people. We recruit candidates from various backgrounds, mainly from top international and national universities but also candidates with an outstanding professional record.

We have a globally centralized application process. You can apply for a general consulting role (such as a business analyst or associate) a summer position (summer associate or business analyst intern) or to the Business Technology Office (same positions as above).

The on-line application process should take you about 15 minutes and is best completed in a single sitting. You can also save your application as a draft. Once your application has been submitted, it will be routed to one of our recruiting teams according to your background. The recruiting team will review your application and someone will be in touch with you as soon as possible.
