What We Did
To assist our client with implementing the recommendations, we formulated a structure for the overall implementation team and drafted an implementation plan for each recommendation. Each plan detailed activities, communications, events, milestones, resources, and lessons learned from the study. The plans also discussed how to integrate the effort into ongoing operations.

Beyond the implementation plans, we helped the diocese make progress by transitioning the project from our leadership to a project leader, interviewing candidates for working team roles, and communicating the program to non-urban schools.

What Resulted
The organization started to build momentum around implementing the recommendations.
