McKinsey Sports Olympics
Last year our colleagues in Milan hosted the McKinsey Sports Olympics. It was a chance for offices to join together in Rome and compete in football, volleyball, and tennis—and we were the winners!

Rookie Camp
Last year we premiered our first Rookie Camp where our new hires endured both physical and mental challenges in the desert for two days. Our rookies pushed themselves to the limit and, through that, built trust and forged lasting bonds within the office.
