The Mid-Atlantic office has three distinct locations: New Jersey, Philadelphia, and Washington, D.C. The combination of these offices gives us the scale to develop deep sectoral and functional capabilities across a wide variety of clients and create valuable professional and personal development opportunities for consultants across all levels.
Mid-Atlantic consultants have worked with clients on a wide range of issues across the globe, including major mergers and acquisitions, due diligences at top PE firms, market-entry strategies and new retail formats, and global issues such as AIDS in Africa, tsunami relief, and Hurricane Katrina rebuilding efforts.
Our people make the Mid-Atlantic office a unique environment. Over 25 percent of our consultants are international, representing 58 nationalities. Our consultants come from a wide variety of backgrounds, which allows us to generate innovative recommendations for our clients. Almost half of our consultants have M.B.A.s, 35 percent have non-business advanced degrees, and 20 percent join after undergraduate school. Twenty-five percent of our consultants are women.
