Learning and Development Program

As a member of McKC, you will go through a number of learning and development programs. Formal learning programs begin as soon as you join the Center and will last throughout your career. Our online learning portal, specifically designed for knowledge professionals, will supplement these learning by offering self-directed learning in targeted skill areas. We provide education assistance to professionally develop yourself through further education.

On-the-Job Learning and Coaching

The majority of learning will take place through coaching and on-the-job learning. Working in diverse cross-functional teams, exposure to global experts and regular discussions with consultants and teams globally; along with continuous coaching and knowledge sharing by senior colleagues will help you accelerate your professional growth.

Professional Guidance

We will assign a more senior member as a professional development guide who will help you shape your career direction and professional growth. The guide will work with you to create a plan tailored for your learning objectives and growth expectations for your role.

Feedback and Evaluation

Performance orientation has always been the mainstay of the way we work. Rigorous merit-based performance review is carried out on a semi-annual basis. Structured feedback and development actions are initiated based on overall evaluation and development needs.
