You will become part of an industry or functional practice research team from day one and engage on content topics across your practice domain. You will be exposed to different client and knowledge situations and get a chance to work with consulting teams across our firm. A well thought out training calendar will not only help you build content expertise but also develop your problem solving and communication skills.

After you have acquired sufficient domain breadth, you will specialize in a chosen area within your practice and develop into a content expert who is recognized within and outside our firm. Based on your performance, you could be offered the option to move on to the expert consulting track.
