The Practice Research group has a diverse group of people with varied experience and backgrounds. They have superior problem solving and communication skills along with strong personal impact.

All our people have an enduring passion for knowledge and this is not only reflected in their day-to-day work, but also by their participation in various knowledge days and knowledge sharing sessions organized at the Center.

We recruit individuals from premier business schools in India. Many have additional degrees in engineering, chartered accountancy, and banking. We have also begun to recruit students from leading engineering schools for our technology focused research teams.

As we seek to broaden and deepen our expertise in different domains, we are also recruiting experienced individuals directly in lateral positions. While all these lateral hires may not necessarily hold a postgraduate/M.B.A. degree, they do possess at least 2-3 years of distinctive and relevant industry/functional experience that enables them to create an immediate impact on our clients and consulting teams.
