In addition candidates need to have a practical sense of what works and does not work in complex organizations.
• Personal Impact: Our analysts work and communicate extensively with diverse teams and individuals across the globe in their day-to-day jobs. Therefore excellent interpersonal and communication skills play a significant role in enhancing the impact of the analyses and solutions provided by the analyst or for handling tough situations.
• Functional Knowledge: Our work involves having a good business sense, knowledge of a particular industry sector, or specialization in a functional domain. Therefore we look for candidates who have either gained this knowledge through specialization at the university level or through relevant work experience having worked for a couple of years in a related industry sector.
