Problem Solving: Our analysts work with various teams to provide vital analyses which helps solve tough business problems. This requires strong intellectual capabilities, and attention to detail. In addition candidates need to have a practical sense of what works and does not work in complex organizations.
Personal Impact: Our analysts work and communicate extensively with diverse teams and individuals across the globe in their day-to-day jobs. Therefore excellent interpersonal and communication skills play a significant role in enhancing the impact of the analyses and solutions provided by the analyst or for handling tough situations.
Functional Knowledge: Our work involves having a good business sense, knowledge of a particular industry sector, or specialization in a functional domain. Therefore we look for candidates who have either gained this knowledge through specialization at the university level or through relevant work experience having worked for a couple of years in a related industry sector.
