We offer a Junior Analyst role to individuals joining us from premier undergraduate colleges. In this role, you work in teams, building expertise in the various analytical tools and techniques. Next, you move into an analyst role, a landing point for individuals from leading postgraduate institutes, wherein you get exciting opportunities to work independently on projects, often traveling and being a part of the consulting team. As a senior analyst, you lead projects, demonstrating both content and people leadership skills. Post this, you have two tracks to choose from – either a content or a people leadership track.

You have unrivalled opportunities to learn and build expertise on a wide variety of tools and advanced techniques. In addition you will work on real business problems to generate distinct and lasting client impact. Based on your performance, you could also be offered the option to move on to the expert consulting track.
