Most of our people bring varied technical skill sets to the team with education backgrounds such as statistics, econometrics, computer science, operation research, etc. Other analysts complement these skills with formal business backgrounds and rich industry experience.

We recruit candidates with undergraduate, postgraduate, and advanced (e.g., Ph.D.) degrees in subjects like mathematics, statistics, operations research, engineering, economics/econometrics, computer science, and business administration. We visit leading educational institutions for our campus placements. In addition, we also recruit candidates with significant industry experience into lateral positions.

A strong academic background combined with good problem-solving skills, business awareness, communication, and team skills are some of the prerequisites for candidates who intend to apply.
