If you are a campus student:
- You are required to apply on-line or through your campus placement program.
- The recruiting team will reach out to the short-listed candidates.
- The interview process comprises 2-3 interviews in round 1. Round 2 is with the partners and only successful candidates from round 1 interviews will move to the final round of interviews. Each interview time-frame is about 30-40 minutes and the format typically includes some personal experience discussions as well as a case study. In addition, short-listed candidates are required to take a 60 minute standard McKinsey problem solving test. If you can deal creatively with complex problems and structure your thinking logically within a reasonable amount of time, you are well on your way.
If you are an experienced candidate:
- On your application to our website and after getting short listed for the interviews, our recruiting team will reach out to you to provide information about the firm, the relevant practice and the way we work. The team will also apprise you of the interview process and share preparatory material that would be useful in your interview preparation.
- As part of the initial screening process and to check for fitment, you may be invited to a phone interview.
