Client Problem
A major state-owned financial institution was planning an international listing to attract new capital, and to improve performance through greater transparency and accountability. The company needed a compelling strategy to convince the capital markets that this was a growing, well-managed company.

Redesigning the Organization
We worked closely with the investment bankers, accountants, and lawyers involved in the listing to fundamentally redesign the organization. We helped design its new strategy and developed a business plan with value-creation targets. We also helped design a new corporate planning and management process.
Understanding the importance of good governance in successful international listings, our team helped establish the company’s new corporate governance and organizational structures. We worked closely with the company to ensure successful implementation of its new vision, and we helped the investment bankers effectively communicate the company’s new value proposition to the marketplace.
A Successful Public Offering
The listing raised billions of dollars in new capital, and initiated the process of fundamentally reshaping the company from a bureaucratic administration to a value-oriented corporation.
