Our Taipei office is looking for bright, creative women and men of exceptional intellectual ability and character to join our mentorship program in Taipei. The six-month program, which will start in July 2008, is designed to help students get a better understanding of how McKinsey works—the spectrum of our practices, the experience of how we conduct team building, our approach to building distinctive knowledge, and, perhaps more important, a sense of the people and spirit of McKinsey.
As a mentee, you will gain initial exposure to McKinsey by meeting with your mentor regularly. Your mentor will provide input to your résumé and career plans and will help you develop your interviewing skills. In addition, you will be invited to attend our knowledge-building training programs and participate in various social events.
All activities will be held on either a Friday afternoon or a Saturday to avoid scheduling conflicts.
After successful completion of the program, eligible mentees will have the chance to be integrated into our business analyst recruiting process.
