The six- to eight week program, which will be held in July and August, is designed to give successful applicants an insight into life at McKinsey and an opportunity to interact with our people by working full-time with our teams on client projects. A Summer BA will participate in McKinsey training workshops, enjoy a complimentary subscription to The McKinsey Quarterly, and attend related professional and social events.

Successful completion of the Summer BA Program may lead to an offer of a permanent full time Business Analyst role at McKinsey. The program aims to recognize academic and extracurricular achievements of top local university students who have the following required credentials:

• Third year undergraduate student, or first or second year graduate student from a top university with an outstanding academic record, who'll graduate in 2009.
• Demonstrated interest in initial exposure and further development in a management consulting career
• Related part-time work experience with leading multinational or local companies
• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
