There are no organizational charts at McKinsey: teams are the basic organizational building blocks. Our teams change with each project, so we have many opportunities to work with a variety of colleagues and clients.
An engagement team works closely with key clients to jointly define and propose solutions to the issues at hand. Most engagements are conducted from the client's location, which means that during the length of an engagement teams really get a feel for the client's organization and culture.
ENGAGEMENT TEAM
