We will be hosting an exciting motor sports recruiting event at the famous Silverstone racetrack. Tune Your Career is aimed at graduates and established professionals with an academic and ideally practical background in engineering, operations, or a technical business function. Participants will learn the basics of race car driving in a variety of high–performance cars. McKinsey partners will present career opportunities within the firm's Operations Practice and share their passion for transforming their clients' operations.

October 26–27, 2008 — INNOVATION CHALLENGE
McKinsey invites you to share your ideas on purchasing and supply chain management with us by joining our Innovation Challenge competition on October 26 and 27 in Amsterdam. Are you pursuing your doctorate in purchasing, logistics, or supply chain management? Or are you a young professional/individual with first professional experience? If so, we encourage you to submit your CV and apply for this two-day event. You will have the chance to work on a real case study on-site and step into the consultant role with a small team to develop solutions with a future for a company's purchasing and supply chain unit. A dinner in a top location as well as a thrilling off-site event will wrap up the Innovation Challenge.

22/11/2008 — BRUSSELS YOUNG PROFESSIONALS CASE DAY
In small teams facilitated by McKinsey consultants, you will be presented with a case and asked to go through all steps in defining and solving the client's problem. For more information : click here
Registration requirements:
- Hold a Belgian or foreign university degree, from any faculty (business, engineering, law, medical school, etc.), possibly complemented by a master's degree/Ph.D. or M.B.A. from a top institution
- Have an excellent academics and distinctive extra-curricular activities
- Have between three and seven years of professional experience in Belgium or abroad with clear proof of fast-track professional advancement or be in your final year to obtain a Ph.D.
