During the active recruiting periods throughout the year, Australian office McKinsey consultants and recruiting staff visit several universities in Australia and New Zealand. These visits are a great opportunity for potential candidates to learn about McKinsey and meet McKinsey consultants. Students Undergraduates Undergraduates should apply for the role of Business Analyst. Candidates may also have up to two years full-time work experience. Postgraduate & M.B.A. Postgraduate students typically apply for the role of Junior Associate or Associate. The difference is as follows: Junior Associate: Undergraduate degree together with 3-5 years work experience; or Undergraduate degree together with postgraduate degree, no work experience Associate: Undergraduate degree together with 3+ years of work experience and a postgraduate degree Professionals We also encourage applications from candidates who have already entered the workforce.
