network of expertise. This gives our consultants the opportunity to travel for a
project, for a specific time period, or permanently.
You will get to know some of our offices in the course of your everyday work—doing some in-depth analysis abroad, for example, or supporting a team working from a different office.
However, a transfer to a different office is often part of a consultant's career. If you are looking to work in a different office, you have the choice between a short-term transfer of about 12 months and a long-term transfer of up to five years. It is an opportunity that can be exploited after two to three years in the firm and it is a strength of the "one global firm" philosophy. It is always agreed among the individual, the partners in Athens, and the overseas office to make sure that the timing is right.
