University Presentations/Career Fairs
The Athens office is actively recruiting at distinguished Greek universities and institutions, such as the Athens University of Economics and Business, the National Technical University of Athens, and ALBA. We organize a variety of events to enable young talent to get to know McKinsey. During each year, we hold presentations and case study workshops followed by receptions, attend career fairs organized by the universities, and conduct business courses. Students have the chance to find out more about who we are, what we do, and the career opportunities that we offer.

U.S./U.K. Events
The presence of Greek students studying internationally is significant, and we at the Athens office are eager to meet them and share our insights. We individually organize recruiting events at leading universities and business schools in the United Kingdom by visiting several locations, such as London, Cambridge, and Oxford. The Greek students have the opportunity to learn more about McKinsey and the Athens office and also meet and interact with our consultants. These events usually take place twice a year, during fall and spring periods. Additionally, we participate in firm-wide activities in the United States, where we also hold recruiting events in Boston and New York for prospective candidates. Our events are open to students of various backgrounds and degrees.

EuroAcademy
EuroAcademy is a four-day European event that has been conducted every year since 2004. This year the event was conducted in February in Kitzibuhel, Austria. The event targets undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate students with outstanding achievements from any academic discipline who would like to

• Share their vision on how to shape a new Europe with leading architects of Europe from business, academia, and politics
• Meet top students from 20 countries across Europe and exchange ideas

Destination EMEA
Destination EMEA is an event for Greek and other European, Middle Eastern, and African students in the United States, designed to allow them to get to know more about our work, our people, and career opportunities with McKinsey in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
