People with bachelor's degrees join McKinsey as Business Analysts. The Business Analyst programme provides an unrivalled breadth and depth of learning opportunities as you embark on a path leading to Partnership. Throughout the programme you will be exposed to the most challenging issues faced by our clients in a broad range of industries, developing your skills at an accelerated rate. After completing your apprenticeship as a BA, an exciting and diverse range of opportunities are available including the option to study for an MBA, complete an industry secondment or move directly to the Associate role. We will help you take a path that supports your development, passions and interests.
Graduates with work experience seeking their second job
Not long in your first graduate position? Our graduate programme is also open to individuals seeking an opportunity to switch tracks early in their career and explore a consulting role.

Advanced Professional Degree
You do not need a business degree to thrive here. If you have an advanced professional degree (APD)—such as a J.D., M.D., or Ph.D.—you might be intrigued by the rewards a career at McKinsey offers.
