• Your resume
• A cover letter, stating your motivation for applying to McKinsey and explaining any gaps or irregularities in your resume (See here for tips on writing a resume and cover letter)
• Your degree results
• Scores of any standardised tests you have taken, such as: SAT, psychometric, and GMAT.

The online application contains basic instructions. It is important that you state your first preference of office as Tel Aviv if you wish for us to screen your application. Your first choice of office will automatically receive your application and screen it. You may save your application as a draft at any point during the process and return to complete it later. Your application will be held in the system for a month, but please remember the deadlines specific to the position for which you are applying (see below).

When to Apply

We hold two recruiting rounds a year — in spring and autumn. We recruit for all positions during both rounds: fresh graduates, postgraduates, or experienced professionals.

If you are currently studying at one of the universities where we actively recruit (Tel Aviv University, Hebrew University, the Technion and the Interdisciplinary Centre), we strongly recommend that you attend one of the presentations on campus and apply according to the deadlines.

Please note that we will accept applications only from students expecting to graduate in the coming six months. We do not offer part-time positions and do not give offers for more than six months in advance.
