Santiago Office - A Fast-Growing Office
Ezequiel Klas, Location Manager Message

Introduction
The Santiago office is part of the South Latin America Complex, together with the Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, and Buenos Aires offices. We began consulting in Chile in 1991, with a permanent local presence since 1996. Today we have 1 partner and around 19 local consultants working full time in Chile, and we are proud of the leadership position and outstanding reputation we have achieved in the chilean business environment.

Our Work
The work we do in Chile mirrors the kind of work we do around the world. The Santiago Office serves many of the largest Chilean companies, similar to the situation around the world where the firm serves more than a third of the top 500 companies. Our projects in Chile, as in other countries, are focused on three main management areas - Strategy, Organization, and Operations - across different industries.

We pride ourselves on our rigorous methodology and fact-based analyses that are a common thread through all our work. We combine our analytical capabilities with leadership and transformational skills in order to develop not only innovative but also applicable solutions together with our clients.

The companies we serve are among the most innovative and ambitious organizations based in Chile, both local and multinationals. Consistent with our Firm approach worldwide, we typically work with CEOs in addressing problems with a top-management perspective.

What the Santiago Office has to Offer: A Leadership Experience
If you join McKinsey in the Santiago office, it will probably be a life changing experience. You will be a global citizen of the Firm with full access to its resources and opportunities working with consultants from several nationalities, mainly throughout the South Latin America Complex. You will address various top management issues in a challenging environment and broaden your experiences and horizons in a way that few other opportunities in your life will offer.

In the end, all these experiences will enhance your leadership capability. They give you the strength and the confidence to face the uncertain situations of professional life, and I believe, create a unique development experience.
